We will have panels discussing digital art mediums as a tool for advocacy, understanding the role of technology in mental health, as well as conversations around maintaining wellness in the digital landscape.

We hope to create a space for dialogue in how we navigate the constantly rapid changes in technology as it relates to mental health, and the ways in which we use digital spaces to support and uplift one another. Our TransformAsian 2023 theme for this year is "Mixed Realities and Blended Spaces: Navigating and Leveraging the Digital Era in Normalizing Mental Health". We chose the name, "TransformAsian" as an embodiment of the belief in the power of change and the importance of celebrating radical healing and recovery. Each year, our goal is to connect the Asian community across all walks of life as a way to support mental health journeys. Asian Mental Health Collective (AMHC) is excited to be presenting our 3rd annual virtual TransformAsian conference.
